Step 1: Important notes
- Each accepted paper must be early-bird registered in order to be included in the Conference Proceedings.
- Authors whose papers are accepted in the Conference are requested to complete a separate registration form for each one of their accepted papers.
- Full registration fee includes: conference material, conference attendance, lunches and coffee breaks. It also includes registration as a full member of ETAGRO.
- The registration fee covers the cost of only one paper to be presented and included in the proceedings (oral or poster).
- Author registration fee payment should be completed before
September 30October 10, 2023 in order for the accepted manuscript to be included in the ETAGRO 2023 Conference Programme and Conference Proceedings.

Please bear in mind that your bank might charge you with an additional payment fee (bank commission) which varies by bank. Charges may differ depending on the way the transfer has been requested. These charges burden the participant. When you make a wire transfer you can choose who pays the transfer charges. A customer is usually offered one of the following three choices on who is to bear any charges in relation to a payment: “SHARE”, “OUR”, “BEN”. Please choose option “OUR” as all fees relating to the transfer should be charged to the sender, at the request of the sender.
Please don’t forget in the bank transfer payment to indicate:
(a) ETAGRO 2023 registration fee.
(b) Your Full Name.
